Borealis Release Notes - July 2024
The following document details changes that have been made for the July 2024 release of Borealis.
1.0 Payment and Billing
The July release of Borealis includes the Payment and Billing functionality - allowing customers to pay for their Cloud subscriptions via the UI using a credit or debit card. It is also now possible for customers to create additional new systems without having to contact Keri Systems.
Note: Setting up an initial system still requires the assistance of Keri Inside Sales. Enabling the ability to create new systems must also be enabled by the sales team.
2.0 Bug Fixes and User Interface Enhancements
- Corrected an issue where Authentic Mercury MR50 panels were missing from the hardware status screen.
- Corrected display issue where the PXL controllers were missing from the hardware type filter on the Readers screen.
- Corrected an issue where the multiple reader communication status was not accurately reflected while a specific reader was selected.
- Corrected a display issue where an Authentic Mercury reader was still displaying on the hardware tree after being deleted.
- An additional Credential Type field has been added to the Create Credential form. This allows Switch Tech or Borealis credential types to be enrolled and the selection defaults to Borealis credential types.
- Corrected an issue where an exported XLS report was not including cardholder custom fields.
- A validation check has been applied to the Create Credential form. An error will be generated if a specific card format has not been selected.
