Enrolling Credentials in Confluence
Enrolling credentials in the Confluence web portal - using the MT20W USB enrollment reader.
- Ensure the USB enrollment reader is powered-up via USB (and within range of your Wi-Fi router) - the reader's LED should be solid blue.
- Place a new credential onto the reader and leave it on the reader - the LED should go solid green.
- Click on the display name of a user from the users list.
- Located beneath the user details, click the ADD CREDENTIAL button.
- The detected card number should appear in the BADGE field.
- Tap/click the grey square to the left of 'Badge' to select the credential.
- Next, select the credential function:
Note: When you select a credential function from the list, a short description will appear informing you of how the credential will work. The default is 'Normal'.
- Click SUBMIT to assign the credential to the user.
