Entraguard Gold Obsolete Notification
The Entraguard Gold is a discontinued product and since 2004 has been succeeded by the
Entraguard Silver, Titanium and Platinum controllers.

These newer Entraguard controllers offer improved features and enhanced integration
capabilities with modern access control software.

The Entraguard Gold was designed to work with the older (also obsolete) Doors32
software and was made obsolete prior to the development of Doors.NET and
Borealis.
There is no upgrade path for an Entraguard Gold controller. The controller
must be replaced with a newer Entraguard Silver, Titanium or Platinum.
Additionally, the PXL and newer Entraguard controllers are not supported in
Doors.NET from v6.0.0 onwards. The latest version of Doors.NET that supports
PXLs and the supported Entraguards is v5.4.0.8. However, ongoing support for
PXLs and Entraguard Silver, Titanium and Platinum will be in Borealis.

The Entraguard Gold controller is not, and will not be supported in
Doors.NET or Borealis.
