EG ONE/ONE+ Factory Reset (Obsolete)

Here is the procedure for completely resetting the Entraguard ONE/ONE+ to its factory default settings.

  1. Power-off the Entraguard unit.
  2. Hold down the call button.



  3. Apply power, while holding down the button.
  4. Continue to hold down the call button for at least 75 seconds.
  5. You will see the LEDs on the front of the unit will come on momentarily, you will then hear a low-pitch tone.
  6. You can then release the call button.
  7. The Entraguard unit is then factory reset.

 

NOTES:

  • You MUST perform a factory reset on the Entraguard ONE, prior to setting up the unit.

  • You MUST wait for the LEDs to come one AND for the low-pitched tone before releasing the call button, otherwise the Entraguard unit will not be reset.

  • Approximately 2 minutes after the factory reset the Entraguard unit will be be in 'AP Mode' and will be broadcasting its own Wi-Fi name (SSID) - you connect to this SSID during the Wi-Fi setup process in the app.
