Export a List of all Doors/Readers
1.0 Introduction
Doors.NET allows you to quickly and easily export a list of all the doors/readers on the system. The exported report can be saved as an Excel document, PDF or XPS document. The exported report will include the total door count and the data within the columns that are displayed on the Doors grid.
2.0 Use the Field Chooser to Define the Data in the Report
- From within the user interface go to Setup >> Hardware Setup.
- Click on the Doors tab in the lower left corner.

- All doors in the system will be displayed.
- From the top-left of the doors grid click on the field chooser icon.

- Ensure there is a check mark against the fields that you wish to display on the Doors grid (and included in the exported report). For example, you may wish to include: Description, Controller, Mode, Security Level, Door Type and Manufacturer Model.

- Once you have made your selections, close the field chooser window and the Doors grid will reflect what has been selected.
- You can also click on a header and drag it to a different position. For example, you may wish to have the door description as the first column on the left.

3.0 Export the Full List of Doors
- Click anywhere on the Doors grid.
- Click the Keri icon located in the upper-left corner.

- From the menu select one of the export options, as highlighted.

- Select a location on the host PC where you want to save the report. The default name will be 'Doors' but you can modify the default description.
- Click the SAVE button and the report will be exported and saved.
4.0 View the Exported Report
You will now be able to open the saved report:
- Navigate to the location on the PC where the report has been saved.
- Click on the report.
- The report will open.
- The report will contain the same information that is displayed on the Doors grid in Doors.NET.
