How to Enter and View Installer Contact Details

1.0 Introduction

It is possible to add installer contact details to the registration tab of the license manager.

2.0 Add Installer Contact Details

The following steps explain how to add installer contact information:
  1. From the Windows Start menu, go to: Doors.NET >> License Manager.
  2. The License Manager will open.
  3. Click on the Registration tab.



  4. Locate the Integrator Information section.
  5. Enter the installer full name, company name and contact phone number.


  6. Once you have entered the correct installer contact details, select the 'Application Server' listed on the left.
  7. Next, click the License tab.
  8. Locate the 'Branding' section at the bottom of the window.
  9. Click the ACTIVATE button.
  10. Wait for the: 'Thank you for Registering' message.
  11. The installer contact details will then be saved to the license key record.

3.0 To View the Installer Contact Details

  1. From the Windows Start menu, go to: Doors.NET >> License Manager.
  2. The License Manager will open.
  3. Click on the Registration tab.
  4. The saved installer contact details will be displayed.
