Preparing Your Doors32 Database and Upload to Keri

1.0 Introduction

This document explains how to prepare your Doors32 files and then how and where to upload those files to Keri Systems.

2.0 Compress All the System Files

To find the correct file path of your installation:
  1. Locate the Doors32 desktop icon on the desktop.
  2. Right-click the icon and select Properties.
  3. You will see the file path on the target line to where it resides.



  4. Once you see the target file path, open your file explorer window and follow that path to the version of Doors32_v5.42.


  5. Next, do a right click on the Doors_v5.42 directory then left click and select copy. 
  6. Go to your desktop, right-click on an open area of you desktop then paste to copy the directory to your desktop.
  7. Now do a right-click on that copied directory and select: Send to >> Compressed (zipped) folder.
  8. Rename the zipped folder to your company name and ticket number.  Such as Protection Systems Ticket 4824.


  9. Go to this website to upload your zipped folder to our website:
    https://www.kerisys.com/database-upload

  10. Fill out the required information and upload your database.
