Bug Fixes and User Interface Improvements

1. Corrected an issue where it was not possible to create a new facility for use in Elevator Control.
   
2. Corrected a user interface issue where a secondary PXL's selected hardware was not being displayed when selected via Hardware >> All.
   
3. Implemented a postal code check for addresses in Canada. If a Canadian postal code is entered incorrectly, the user is informed of the expected postal code format (A1A 1A1).
   
4. Resolved an issue that could slow down browser response if cardholder field label descriptions included spaces.
   
5. Resolved an issue with replacing an MSC-configured hub. The replacement hub wasnotdisplaying the hub details.
