Replace a Borealis Hub

Replace a Borealis Hub

1.0 Introduction

The following steps explain how to replace a Borealis hub. A replacement hub will automatically be updated with the system database located in the Cloud and therefore, once updated you will not need to re-configure any hardware, access rights or cardholders... everything will function the same as with the previous hub.

2.0 Hub Replacement Procedure

To replace the hub you will need the GUID and the PIN of the new hub (both are printed on the outside of the replacement hub).

  2. The hub screen will appear and your hub will be listed.
  3. Click on the Actions drop-down menu located on the right side of the screen.
