Setup Time Schedules in the Confluence Web Portal

As mentioned in the previous section, there is a default 24/7 access group. You can add up to 16 schedules with the No Tour option.

The following steps explain how to setup additional time schedules to restrict when cardholders will be able to gain access at the doors.

  1. Go to Users >> Schedules.
  2. Click the NEW SCHEDULE button.
  3. Enter a name for the new schedule.
  4. Select a time when the schedule begins (Access Begins).
  5. Select a time when the schedule ends (Access Ends).
  6. Select the days of the week for when the schedule will be active.
  7. Click the SUBMIT button.

  8. The new schedule is now available to use in access group setup.
