Yes you can... included with the Doors.NET software is the ability to use the Global Lock/Lockout/Lockdown feature - supported on all controller types.

Note: For full implementation of Global Lockout and Lockdown, if you are using PXL-500 controllers, all controllers must be at the latest firmware revision (08.06.09).
